RBB Bancorp COO Gary Fan exits Sept. 30, gets six months’ base-salary severance

RBB Bancorp COO Gary Fan will leave Royal Business Bank effective Sept. 30, 2026.
The decision followed a mutual agreement on Aug. 31, 2026 not to renew his employment agreement beyond Dec. 4, 2026.
The move was described as part of the bank’s leadership transition plan.
Fan will receive six months’ base-salary severance.
