Net interest income increased 6% to $31.76 million, while noninterest income climbed 69% to $5.11 million, primarily due to a $2.7 million gain on the sale of a Brooklyn office building. Nonperforming assets fell 11% from the prior quarter-end to $38.66 million at September 30.
