RBC Bearings announces annual shareholder meeting
RBC•Annual shareholder meeting scheduled
RBC Bearings will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Oxford, Connecticut on Sept. 3, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect two Class III directors, including nominees Michael J. Hartnett and Dolores J. Ennico.
The meeting will also consider ratifying Ernst & Young as independent auditor for fiscal 2027.
A non-binding advisory vote on named executive officer compensation is also scheduled.
