RCI Hospitality Holdings posted fiscal 3Q26 revenue of $73.9 million, up 3.94% from a year earlier.
GAAP EPS rose to $0.83, while net income attributable to common stockholders climbed to $6.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA increased to $16.9 million; GAAP operating cash flow fell to $11.3 million and free cash flow slipped to $10.6 million.
Segment performance and balance sheet
Nightclubs revenue edged up 1% to $63 million, while Bombshells revenue jumped 25.4% to $10.8 million on new locations and 4.7% same-store sales growth.
Interim CEO Travis Reese cited improved performance across key metrics, alongside continued share repurchases and debt reduction to $240.1 million.
