Real adds 30-agent Iowa brokerage in regional expansion
REAX•Real Brokerage is adding a 30-agent Dubuque, Iowa, brokerage that will operate as The Team across Iowa, Illinois and southern Wisconsin. The business has completed about 5,000 transactions worth $1.2 billion since 2020 and is on track for 500 transactions in 2026.
1. Brokerage joins Real
The brokerage, previously operating as Unlimited and led by Cody Burger and Dennis Buchheit, will join Real Brokerage as The Team, serving clients across Iowa, Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Since 2020, it has completed approximately 5,000 transactions valued at $1.2 billion and is on track to complete 500 transactions in 2026.
2. Plans to recruit agents
Burger and Buchheit plan to recruit agents in additional markets and use Real’s technology platform to streamline operations.
