Real Brokerage moved closer to buying RE/MAX Holdings after the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted a final order for the arrangement.
Securityholders at both companies backed the deal at special meetings held on Aug. 14.
Closing is expected on Aug. 24, subject to remaining conditions.
