REalloys Secures 80% Offtake, Opens Ohio Metallization Plant for Rare Earth Alloy Supply

ALOYALOY

REalloys holds an exclusive offtake for 80% of Saskatchewan Research Council’s non-Chinese rare earth output and operates a metallization facility in Euclid, Ohio, converting North American, Brazilian and Kazakh feedstock into defense-grade alloys and magnet inputs. This positions REalloys to address surging rare earth demand expected to triple by 2030.

1. Infrastructure and Exclusive Offtake

REalloys has locked in an exclusive offtake covering 80% of output from the Saskatchewan Research Council’s Rare Earth Processing Facility and runs a metallization site in Euclid, Ohio to convert raw feedstock into finished defense-grade alloys and magnet-ready inputs.

2. Rising Rare Earth Demand

Global rare earth consumption is forecast to double or triple by 2030, driven by drone manufacturing, F-35 fighters requiring 435 kilos per jet, next-generation destroyers needing 4.5 tons and nuclear submarines one and a half tons per vessel, as well as EV motors and data center equipment.

3. Strategic Supply Chain Implications

With China consuming 60% of its own rare earths for domestic manufacturing and stockpiling controls, Western industries face no viable alternative supply; REalloys’ non-Chinese chain addresses vulnerabilities ahead of the Pentagon’s January 1, 2027 compliance deadline.
