NWS•Realtor.com launched RealAssist AI using Google's Gemini and Cloud and 30 years of buyer data to power conversational home searches with real-time affordability analysis. The beta is live for select desktop, app and mobile users, with full rollout planned soon and key features like commute mapping and session memory.

On June 2, 2026 Realtor.com introduced RealAssist AI, a conversational home search tool built on Google’s Gemini model and Google Cloud. It leverages three decades of buyer intelligence to guide users from initial queries to closing with natural language prompts.
2. Key Features
RealAssist AI supports real-time affordability analysis based on income and expenses, surfaces homes with recent price cuts, maps commute times and neighborhood amenities, and delivers unique visualizations such as nighttime street views and seasonal changes. The AI retains user budgets and priorities across sessions for seamless follow-up.
3. Availability and Rollout
The beta release is currently available to a select group of logged-in users on desktop, mobile app and web. Full availability is set to expand shortly to the broader Realtor.com user base.
