The contract sets a minimum annual guaranteed supply and import volume of $20 million, with both sides committed to meet it.
Shortfalls tied to market conditions can be carried into the next year if both parties agree in writing.
The initial term runs two years from Aug. 10, 2026, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party gives 60 days’ notice.
Mighty Oak is barred for the contract term plus one year from buying covered products directly from Reborn’s suppliers without consent.
