Rectitude Launches Succession Bridge Model, Partners with INOS and G & L

RECTRECT

Rectitude Holdings has rebranded its Central Business Platform as Rectitude Succession Bridge (RSB) to facilitate risk-mitigated “incubate-to-acquire” transitions for Singaporean SMEs. Collaborations with INOS and G & L Hardware Marketing are already contributing revenue, expanding distribution channels, and building a disciplined acquisition pipeline.

1. Platform Renaming to Rectitude Succession Bridge

Rectitude has rebranded its Central Business Platform as the Rectitude Succession Bridge (RSB) to provide a structured, risk-mitigated incubate-to-acquire framework that bridges legacy SME owners with Nasdaq-listed management. The RSB offers a two-year operational transition and leverages Rectitude’s logistics and distribution network to support continuity and succession solutions.

2. INOS Partnership Details

INOS, operating under the Ellane brand, commenced its collaboration in September 2025 under a Business Migration Proposal, and has since contributed revenue and profitability through consumer-controlled goods and technical expertise. This partnership enhances Rectitude’s market presence in Singapore and broadens its product portfolio within the RSB ecosystem.

3. G & L Collaboration Details

G & L Hardware Marketing joined the RSB program on April 1, 2026, enabling Rectitude to become an authorized distributor for global brands such as 3M, KÄRCHER and CLABER without significant upfront investment. This collaboration expands Rectitude’s industrial product range and verifies operational fit prior to potential acquisition.

4. Growth Strategy and Acquisition Pipeline

The RSB model supports disciplined growth by assessing operational alignment and piloting collaborations before acquisition decisions, preserving local employment and minimizing capital expenditure. Rectitude aims to scale this framework with additional SME partners to build a diverse, accretive acquisition pipeline and drive long-term shareholder value.
