Red Cat entered a memorandum of understanding with Ukraine’s state-owned Spetstechnoexport to co-develop next-generation unmanned systems across air, land and maritime domains. The agreement establishes joint initiatives for technology integration, manufacturing scale-up and operational deployment in contested environments.

Under the collaboration, Red Cat will integrate its Black Widow™ small unmanned aircraft systems with ground robotics and uncrewed surface vessels developed by Blue Ops, creating a fully interoperable Family of Systems. Secure communications and scalable manufacturing processes will underpin joint platform development.
