Red River Bancshares Q2 FY26 net income falls 1.7% to $11.8 million; net interest margin FTE widens 10 bps to 3.61%

Assets edged down 1.1% to $3.31 billion as deposits fell 1.4% to $2.91 billion, citing tax-payment outflows and lawyer trust-account swings. Nonperforming assets dropped 38.3% to $2.6 million.
Q2 net income and EPS edge lower
Red River Bancshares posted Q2 2026 net income of $11.8 million, down 1.7% from Q1. Earnings per share slipped to $1.78 from $1.81.
Dividend, branch moves and outlook
The bank paid a $0.25 quarterly dividend and recorded no first-half buybacks under its $10 million program.
It also completed Northwest relocations and moved New Orleans teams into the Energy Centre site in July. CEO Blake Chatelain expects higher loan growth in H2 2026.
