RedCloud Appoints Ex-Microsoft CRO to Accelerate JV Revenue with $30M Saudi Deal
RedCloud named Vikram Sharma, an ex-Microsoft executive with 25 years’ experience, as Chief Revenue Officer to drive capital-light joint ventures in Saudi Arabia and Türkiye. Its RAID engine, validated on 3.7 million FMCG transactions, is rolling out in Türkiye and secured a five-year, up to $30 million Saudi licensing agreement.
1. CRO Appointment to Steer Joint Venture Expansion
Vikram Sharma joins as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial finance, infrastructure strategy and emerging-market expansion. His mandate is to accelerate infrastructure revenue through RedCloud’s capital-light joint venture model in existing Saudi Arabia and Türkiye partnerships and to build a pipeline in Southeast Asia and West Africa.
2. RAID Engine Validation and Türkiye Deployment
RedCloud’s RAID engine outperformed industry benchmarks for accuracy across 3.7 million live FMCG transactions during R&D validation. The platform has entered its first live deployment phase with a leading distribution network in Türkiye, demonstrating scalability and real-world performance.
3. Saudi Licensing and Future Regional Targets
The company signed a five-year licensing agreement of up to $30 million to deploy RedAI and RAID across Saudi Arabia’s $68 billion FMCG market. Plans include rolling out three specialist AI agents in H2 2026 and expanding joint ventures into high-growth FMCG corridors without proportionate capital increases.
