RedCloud calls general meeting of shareholders
RCT•RedCloud scheduled a general meeting in London for Oct. 30, 2026, where shareholders will vote on a 20-for-1 share consolidation and an amendment to the company’s articles of association.
1. Share consolidation proposal
The proposal would convert each 20 ordinary shares into one new ordinary share. Fractional entitlements would be pooled and sold, with net proceeds distributed proportionately to affected shareholders.
