RedCloud gets Nasdaq notice for failing $35 million market value listing requirement
RCT•Nasdaq listing notice and compliance deadline
Nasdaq notified RedCloud on Aug. 10 that it no longer meets the $35 million minimum market value of listed securities rule.
The deficiency followed more than 30 consecutive business days below the threshold before Aug. 6 under Nasdaq Capital Market continued listing standards.
RedCloud has until Feb. 8, 2027 to regain compliance by sustaining at least $35 million for 10 consecutive business days.
Failure to cure could trigger a delisting notice, with an option to appeal to a Nasdaq hearing panel.
