RedCloud Unveils RedAI Strategy for 30 Nigerian FMCG Clients with 3.7M-Transaction RAID Validation
RCT•RedCloud launched RedAI Strategy, its first AI-native, agentic application, signing 30 Nigerian FMCG enterprises with global rollout scheduled. Powered by the RAID engine validated on 3.7 million transactions, it delivers real-time demand, supply, and competitor insights to tackle $2 trillion annual FMCG inventory losses.
1. RedAI Strategy Commercial Launch
RedCloud has released RedAI Strategy, its first AI-native, agentic application, to 30 enterprise FMCG customers in Nigeria. This launch represents the initial delivery from the platform rewrite announced in November 2025, with a global rollout across other markets planned in the coming months.
2. Technology Backbone and Validation
RedAI Strategy currently operates on RedCloud’s existing AI models while the RAID (Realtime AI for Distribution) engine is in production development. RAID was validated on 3.7 million live FMCG transactions during R&D testing in March 2026, and will be integrated into RedAI Strategy upon deployment readiness to enhance predictive capabilities.
3. Market Opportunity and Partnerships
Targeting the $14.6 trillion global FMCG industry, RedAI Strategy aims to reduce the estimated $2 trillion in lost annual inventory value by delivering real-time insights on demand shifts, pricing pressure, and competitor performance. RedCloud leverages AWS Bedrock and NVIDIA infrastructure, as a member of NVIDIA Connect, to accelerate AI model development across its global network.
4. Future Roadmap and Revenue Guidance
Upcoming monthly releases will introduce continuous predictive recommendations at SKU level and human-in-the-loop execution of low-value decisions. RedCloud projects 2026 revenue of $120 million, up from audited FY25 revenue of $48.5 million, as it expands RedAI infrastructure across its four hubs and joint ventures in Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and India.
