Regal Rexnord announced the immediate appointment of Mark Klossner as Executive Vice President & President of its Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment, succeeding long-time IPS leader Jerry Morton. Morton will retire on December 31, 2026 after 39 years in power transmission and 11 years with Regal Rexnord.
2. Klossner's Background
Klossner joined Regal Rexnord through the March 2023 Altra Industrial Motion acquisition, initially as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Couplings Division and later as Group President of the combined $1.4 billion couplings and gearing portfolio. He holds an MBA from Kellogg, a Master of Engineering Management from McCormick and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell.

The board emphasized disciplined succession planning to ensure stability and growth in IPS, which serves markets such as aerospace, data centers and industrial automation. CEO Louis Pinkham cited Klossner's operational rigor and strategic vision as key to driving profitable growth in the segment.
