Regeneron to present Phase 3 C-POST survival update for adjuvant Libtayo at ESMO 2026
REGN•Regeneron outlined 10 oncology and thrombosis abstracts for ESMO 2026 in Madrid on Oct. 23-27, including a Phase 3 C-POST overall survival update for adjuvant Libtayo on Oct. 25.
1. ESMO presentations
Regeneron said it will present a late-breaking Phase 3 C-POST overall survival update for adjuvant Libtayo in high-risk CSCC on Oct. 25. The company expects the longer-term survival readout to reinforce Libtayo’s position as standard of care in this setting.
2. Other study data
A final Phase 2 neoadjuvant Libtayo analysis in resectable stage II-IV CSCC is scheduled for Oct. 24. Regeneron will also present data on factor XI antibodies cenvacibart and amrecibart, which target cancer-associated thrombosis and may offer a bleeding-risk advantage.
