Regeneron to unveil Phase 2 trevogrumab lean mass data and Phase 3 garetosmab FOP results
REGN•Regeneron will present four abstracts at ADA June 5-8, including Phase 2 COURAGE data on trevogrumab’s lean mass effects in obese semaglutide-treated patients and early preclinical muscle biology research. It will also showcase five abstracts at ENDO June 13-16, featuring Week 56 Phase 3 OPTIMA garetosmab results in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva and novel TSHR blocking antibody data for Graves’ and thyroid eye disease.
1. ADA 2026 Presentations on Metabolic Disease
Regeneron will present four abstracts at the American Diabetes Association Scientific Sessions June 5-8 in New Orleans, focusing on metabolic disease and muscle biology. Highlights include three oral and poster presentations from the Phase 2 COURAGE trial assessing trevogrumab’s impact on lean mass in obese patients receiving semaglutide, plus an additional poster on early preclinical research into muscle biology and body composition.
2. ENDO 2026 Ophthalmology and Rare Disease Data
At the Endocrine Society Annual Meeting June 13-16 in Chicago, Regeneron will feature five abstracts covering its ophthalmology pipeline and rare disease program. This includes a rapid-fire oral on preclinical activin A blockade preventing heterotopic bone regrowth, an oral presentation of Week 56 OPTIMA Phase 3 efficacy and safety data for garetosmab in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, qualitative OPTIMA trial insights, and two presentations on a novel TSHR blocking antibody for Graves’ and thyroid eye disease.
3. Implications for Regeneron’s Pipeline and Valuation
These presentations mark critical data readouts that could validate key programs and de-risk upcoming regulatory filings. Positive outcomes for trevogrumab and garetosmab may expand market opportunities in obesity and ultra-rare FOP, while early TSHR antibody results could accelerate development in thyroid eye disease, potentially boosting Regeneron’s mid-term growth prospects.
