Regeneron to unveil Phase 2 trevogrumab lean mass data and Phase 3 garetosmab FOP results

Regeneron will present four abstracts at the American Diabetes Association Scientific Sessions June 5-8 in New Orleans, focusing on metabolic disease and muscle biology. At the Endocrine Society Annual Meeting June 13-16 in Chicago, Regeneron will feature five abstracts covering its ophthalmology pipeline and rare disease program. This includes a rapid-fire oral on preclinical activin A blockade preventing heterotopic bone regrowth, an oral presentation of Week 56 OPTIMA Phase 3 efficacy and safety data for garetosmab in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, qualitative OPTIMA trial insights, and two presentations on a novel TSHR blocking antibody for Graves’ and thyroid eye disease.
