Regenxbio appointed Greg Ciongoli to its board, effective Aug. 25, 2026.
Ciongoli founded Adiumentum Capital Management and previously spent over 16 years at Baupost Group as Partner, Public Group Investing.
Board departures include Jerry Karabelas, an independent director since 2015, retiring.
Jean Bennett, an independent director since 2021, also retired from the board.
