Regenxbio reports 3-year durability data for sura-vec in Phase II ALTITUDE diabetic retinopathy trial
RGNX•Regenxbio disclosed three-year follow-up data from its Phase II ALTITUDE study of sura-vec in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Most patients at the selected dose showed sustained disease improvement without additional treatment, and no vision-threatening events were reported in responders.

Regenxbio disclosed three-year follow-up results from its Phase II ALTITUDE study of sura-vec in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy; the data had been presented at the Retina Society Annual Scientific Meeting in Los Angeles. Most patients at the selected dose showed sustained disease improvement without additional treatment, no vision-threatening events were reported in responders, and the safety profile remained consistent during long-term follow-up. The same dose is being tested in the Phase IIb/III NAAVIGATE trial.
