Harrison was CFO for the Commercial Bank at Citizens Financial, previously holding finance leadership roles at MUFG Americas, AIG, JPMorgan and Citibank.
Regions names new treasurer and corporate finance head
Regions Financial named Allen Mayer treasurer effective Sept. 28, succeeding Deron Smithy, who will retire at the end of 2026.
Mayer has spent 17 years in the treasury unit, most recently as assistant treasurer, and previously led balance sheet management.
Craig Harrison will join Sept. 28 as head of corporate finance, a role leading financial planning, finance analytics and finance systems.
