Reitar Logtech announces extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

Reitar Logtech Holdings will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Hong Kong on Sept. 3, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a 1-for-25 reverse share split for both Class A and Class B ordinary shares.
The consolidation would round up fractional entitlements to the next whole share.
A separate vote will seek approval to amend the company’s memorandum and articles to reflect the share consolidation.
