Reitar formed a joint venture with Smart Pointer Logistics to expand cold-chain warehousing, fulfillment, digital fulfillment, and supply chain services.
The new entity, Smart Pointer Logistics Technology, will combine Reitar’s cold-storage infrastructure, WaaS, and digital platforms with Smart Pointer’s operations expertise.
Five-year service arrangement and contract value
The five-year service arrangement tied to the venture carries an estimated contract value of about HK$120 million.
Growth focus across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area
The partnership targets scalable growth in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and cross-border cold-chain markets.
It will focus on an integrated platform spanning warehouse management, temperature-controlled handling, inventory visibility, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
