Reitar Logtech signed an MOU with ESR to explore smart logistics solutions for ESR’s planned Kwai Chung Logistics Centre in Hong Kong.
- The project spans about 150,000 square meters in Hong Kong’s core logistics district near the airport, container terminals, and cross-border transport corridors.
- Reitar is expected to be named strategic ecosystem partner, subject to a definitive agreement, supporting tenant curation and technology deployment.
- The collaboration scope includes smart warehousing and automation, AI-led logistics management, cold-chain integration, low-carbon logistics, and smart-energy applications.
