MOU with ESR for Kwai Chung Logistics Centre

Reitar Logtech signed a non-binding MOU with ESR Group to explore smart logistics solutions for ESR’s planned Kwai Chung Logistics Centre.

The collaboration targets a roughly 150,000 sq. m Hong Kong facility, including smart warehousing, automation, AI-driven logistics management, and cold-chain integration.

Reitar is slated for potential appointment as strategic ecosystem partner, pending a definitive agreement.

Workstreams include customer and partner referrals, platform deployment, operational integration, space planning, lease-term input, joint marketing, and low-carbon energy applications.
