RITR•Jingxing HK signs MOU with Cainiao for overseas warehousing projects
Reitar Logtech’s indirect unit Jingxing HK signed an MOU with Cainiao to pursue overseas smart warehousing automation projects.
Cainiao plans to source racking made by Shanghai Jingxing via Jingxing HK for current Spain and Netherlands projects; first Spain deliveries are targeted for September 2026.
The MOU sets procurement priority for future Cainiao overseas projects, subject to equivalent terms; definitive contracts are still being negotiated on a per-project basis.
