Rekor Systems cuts stockholder meeting quorum requirement to 40% from majority
REKR•Rekor Systems amended its bylaws to lower the stockholder meeting quorum requirement to 40% from a majority of voting shares, effective Oct. 6, 2026. The change applies to the reconvened 2026 annual meeting on Oct. 16; the record date, proposals, board recommendations and voting standards remain unchanged.
1. Quorum requirement lowered
Rekor Systems amended its bylaws to reduce the stockholder meeting quorum requirement to 40% from a majority of voting shares. The change took effect immediately on Oct. 6, 2026, and applies to the reconvened 2026 annual meeting scheduled for Oct. 16 at 10:30 a.m. ET.
2. Other terms unchanged
The record date remains March 25, 2026, while the proposals, board recommendations and voting standards remain unchanged.
