Relay Therapeutics Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $83.7 million

Quarterly results
Relay Therapeutics posted a Q2 net loss of $83.7 million, unchanged at $0.41 per share, while revenue fell 41.6% to $0.4 million.
R&D spending rose 19.7% to $76.5 million, driving a wider operating loss of $90.8 million.
Other trial results
Relay Therapeutics said the ReInspire vascular anomalies trial showed a 60% volumetric response at 12 weeks.
Clinical development updates
The company selected zovegalisib with atirmociclib as the go-forward triplet for first-line breast cancer; a Phase 3 study is expected to start in early 2027.
It also continued the Phase 3 ReDiscover-2 trial in second-line breast cancer.
