RE/MAX Holdings posted Q2 2026 revenue of $68.5 million, down 5.8% from a year earlier.
Net results swung to a loss attributable to shareholders of $4.3 million, or $0.20 per share.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) fell 12.6% to $22.9 million; adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed 2.6 percentage points to 33.5%.
Agent count and merger update
Total agent count rose 1.5% to 149,267; U.S. and Canada combined slipped 2.2% to 72,968.
RE/MAX entered a merger agreement with The Real Brokerage on April 26; closing is expected in the second half of 2026.
