ReNew Energy Global will hold its fifth annual general meeting in London on Sept. 16, 2026.
Shareholders will receive the annual report and accounts for the year ended March 31, 2026.
A vote is scheduled on the directors’ remuneration report for the year ended March 31, 2026.
Proposals include reappointing KNAV Limited as U.K. statutory auditor and setting auditor remuneration via the board and audit committee.
