2. Operational Drivers and Sequential Trends

Power sales revenue reached ₹18,290 million, supported by a 23.1% rise in electricity sold to 5,077 million kWh. Wind generation jumped 52.2% year-over-year and solar output grew 7.9%, reflecting benefits from newly commissioned capacity, while sequential revenue declined from ₹38,560 million in Q2 due to lower solar plant load factors and revenue lost from assets sold under its capital recycling program.

3. Updated FY26 Guidance

ReNew updated full-year FY26 guidance, now expecting adjusted EBITDA between ₹90 billion and ₹93 billion and cash flow to equity of ₹14 billion to ₹17 billion.
