RENN Fund announces annual shareholder meeting

RENN Fund will hold its annual shareholder meeting in New York on Sept. 17, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the election of five directors, including Douglas J. Cohen and Russell Cleveland.
The meeting will also vote on ratifying Tait, Weller & Baker as the fund’s independent auditor for fiscal 2026.
