RenX completes assembly of Microtec mill in Florida
RENX•RenX Enterprises completed assembly of its Microtec UTM 1200 Turbo Mill at its Myakka City, Florida, facility. Power connection and commissioning remain on track for the fourth quarter of 2026, with electrical permit approval pending.
1. Assembly milestone
Assembly of the mill at RenX Enterprises’ more than 80-acre Myakka City organics processing facility marks the fifth of seven installation milestones. The regional utility is contracted to provide a dedicated transformer and three-phase service, while electrical permit approval remains pending.
2. Planned product line
The mill is designed to convert lower-value byproducts into specification-grade engineered substrate, adding a higher-margin product line.
