Repligen reported $194 million in Q1 revenue, up 15% year-over-year and 11% organically, with GAAP operating income rising to $16 million from $7 million and GAAP EPS improving to $0.15 from $0.10. On an adjusted basis, operating income increased to $30 million and EPS to $0.48, while adjusted operating margin widened by 160 basis points to 15.4%. Cash and investments reached $785 million at quarter-end.

2. Strategic Initiatives and Divestiture

During the quarter, the company established a Transformation Office to drive margin expansion and efficiency through site rationalization, product-line optimization, and IT and AI investments, and signed an OEM partnership in China to enhance local manufacturing access. Repligen also divested its Polymem filtration business, which contributed $7 million in 2025 revenue but incurred an operating loss, with guidance metrics updated to exclude its results.

3. Full-Year 2026 Guidance

Repligen reaffirmed its FY26 organic revenue growth target of 9%-13% and increased its adjusted EPS outlook to $1.97-$2.05, projecting total reported revenue of $803 million to $833 million and adjusted EBITDA margin of 20.3%-20.8%, while anticipating a 22%-23% tax rate on pre-tax income.
