Replimune holds annual shareholder meeting, backs authorized common share increase to 300 million

• Shareholders ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
• Investors backed a charter amendment doubling authorized common shares to 300,000,000 from 150,000,000.
• The authorized-share increase took effect immediately upon filing the certificate of amendment on Sept. 15, 2026.
