Republic Bancorp said William R. Nelson will resign as president of Republic Processing Group to take an executive role with an RPG tax-sector customer.
Nelson is expected to remain through Aug. 28, 2026, to support the transition.
Brent Shuman was named interim president of RPG; he has spent 22 years at the unit, most recently as senior vice president and director of product operations.
