After the period ended, the company completed two follow-on equity offerings that raised net proceeds of USD 8.66 million and USD 9.82 million.
Republic Power said about 60% of the proceeds will be allocated to working capital.
First-half results improve on higher sales
Republic Power Group reported a net loss of SGD 981,469 for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, narrowing from a loss of SGD 1,167,632 a year earlier.
Revenue rose to SGD 2.17 million, more than four times the prior-year period, helped by SGD 1.16 million in product sales compared with no product sales a year earlier.
