Reservoir Media has entered a new worldwide administration publishing deal with Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Publishing, expanding its role to administer Zimmer’s entire catalog globally. The agreement builds on the existing partnership that began in 2015, strengthening Reservoir’s long-term relationship with the Academy Award-winning composer.

Hans Zimmer has composed scores for more than 200 projects across film, television and gaming, with combined box office receipts exceeding $30 billion. His portfolio includes major franchises like The Dark Knight trilogy, Gladiator, Inception, The Lion King, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dune and Interstellar, and has earned two Academy Awards, three Golden Globes and five Grammys.

By administering a high-value catalog under Zimmer’s brand, Reservoir is positioned to capture increased royalty streams and administration fees from global licensing and synchronization. The deal enhances Reservoir’s competitive edge in the film music publishing market and supports further growth in its royalty revenue segment.
