Resilience, Lilly invest $750 million to expand Ohio KwikPen production
LLY•Site work underway, operations due in 2027
Site preparation has already started, and full operations are slated to begin in early 2027.
Resilience said it has produced more than 150 million doses of Lilly medicines for U.S. patients under the partnership launched in 2023.
Ohio expansion targets $750 million investment
Resilience and Eli Lilly plan to invest $750 million to expand production of Lilly’s KwikPen devices in Ohio, in a JobsOhio-backed project aimed at boosting U.S. manufacturing capacity.
The project is expected to add at least 400 high-skilled jobs in the Cincinnati region, bringing Resilience’s Ohio job total to more than 1,400.
