ResMed names Carol Burt lead director as Ron Taylor steps down

ResMed named Carol Burt lead director effective Nov. 15, 2026, succeeding Ron Taylor.
Burt has served on the board since 2013, chairs the nominating and governance committee, and sits on the audit and compliance, privacy and quality committees.
Taylor will retire from the board following the Nov. 18, 2026 annual meeting, ending more than 21 years of service.
