Resources Connection announces annual shareholder meeting

Shareholders will vote on two directors for three-year terms expiring in 2029: Roger D. Carlile and Marco von Maltzan.
The ballot also includes ratification of Ernst & Young as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2027.

Resources Connection will hold its 2026 annual meeting virtually on Oct. 22, 2026.
Equity plan amendments and compensation vote
Investors will vote on amended equity plans, including adding 1,000,000 shares to the 2020 Performance Incentive Plan.
The vote also covers an amended employee stock purchase plan adding 1,500,000 shares, plus an advisory resolution on executive compensation.
