Revolution Medicines entered a multi-part collaboration with BeOne Medicines covering combination trials of BeOne oncology assets with RAS(ON) inhibitors.
BeOne also secured exclusive regional rights in select Asian markets to develop or commercialize four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors.
Revolution is eligible for development and sales milestones, with tiered royalties on net sales in the partnered region.
Revolution retained rights outside the licensed territory, including Japan and South Korea.
BeOne will fund and run a global registrational Phase 3 trial for one RAS(ON) inhibitor.
