Revolution Medicines said its NDA for daraxonrasib in previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma was accepted for FDA review.
The application is backed by Phase 3 RASolute 302 results showing improved overall survival and progression-free survival versus chemotherapy.
