Revolution Medicines to Showcase Phase 1/2 Zoldonrasib Data and Phase 3 Daraxonrasib Trials at ESMO
RVMD•Revolution Medicines will showcase Phase 1/2 zoldonrasib data in first- and second-line metastatic PDAC at the ESMO GI Cancers Congress July 1–4 in Munich. It will also present Phase 3 daraxonrasib trial designs for monotherapy, gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel combinations and adjuvant use in resected PDAC.
1. Oral Presentations on Phase 1/2 Zoldonrasib Combinations
Revolution Medicines will deliver two oral presentations on July 2 at 2:40–3:00 p.m. CEST, reporting safety and efficacy from Phase 1/2 trials of zoldonrasib plus chemotherapy in first-line RAS G12D metastatic PDAC and zoldonrasib plus daraxonrasib in patients who received one or more prior therapies.
2. Phase 3 Daraxonrasib Trial Posters
On July 3 from 3:30–4:30 p.m. CEST, the company will feature two posters: RASolute 303, a global randomized study comparing daraxonrasib monotherapy or daraxonrasib plus gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel against standard gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel in first-line metastatic PDAC; and RASolute 304, a trial evaluating adjuvant daraxonrasib versus observation following resection and perioperative chemotherapy.
3. Implications for Revolution Medicines Pipeline
These presentations underscore progress in the RAS(ON) portfolio, highlighting zoldonrasib’s potential in G12D-mutant PDAC and positioning daraxonrasib for later-stage Phase 3 trials. Positive data and trial designs could bolster the company’s valuation by advancing two key candidates toward regulatory milestones.
