Revolve Q3 sales beat consensus on order growth
RVLV•Revolve's Q3 sales rose 20% to $355.96 million, beating the $345.03 million consensus, while adjusted EBITDA of $23.49 million also topped expectations. The company forecast gross margins of 52.3% to 52.8% in Q4 2026 and 53.9% to 54.0% for full-year 2026.
1. Sales and orders grow
Revolve said Q3 sales rose 20% year over year to $355.96 million, above analyst expectations of $345.03 million. The company attributed sales growth partly to an 18% increase in active customers and a 19% rise in orders, along with a lower product return rate; lower average order value offset some of the gains.
2. Profit and outlook
Adjusted EBITDA was $23.49 million, beating the $23.15 million consensus. Net income was $15.52 million and EPS was $0.20, both down year over year, partly due to a prior insurance recovery. Revolve forecast gross margin of 52.3% to 52.8% for Q4 2026 and 53.9% to 54.0% for full-year 2026, citing macroeconomic and cost pressures as potential headwinds to consumer spending.
