Rexford to sell industrial portfolio to EQT affiliate for $1.2 billion

Rexford's portfolio consists of about 414 properties with 50.4 million rentable square feet, according to LSEG data.
The Los Angeles-based REIT, which invests and operates industrial properties throughout infill Southern California, also reaffirmed its 2026 forecast.
Deal terms and capital allocation plans
The deal is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The sale is part of Rexford's previously announced $2 billion portfolio realignment program, the company said.
Rexford intends to use the net proceeds to support its capital allocation priorities, including a 2027 debt repayment, share repurchases and development projects.
Rexford agrees to sell 22-property industrial portfolio
Aug. 18 (Reuters) - Rexford Industrial Realty said on Tuesday it agreed to sell a portfolio of 22 industrial properties to an affiliate of EQT Real Estate for about $1.2 billion, part of its $2 billion plan to dispose of non-core assets and recycle capital.
Shares of the REIT were up 1.4% in early trading.
