RF Acquisition Corp II will hold a virtual extraordinary general meeting in August 2026.
Shareholders will vote on extending the business-combination deadline from Aug. 15, 2026 to Feb. 15, 2027 through up to six one-month extensions.
Trust agreement amendments and adjournment proposal
A separate vote will seek to amend the trust agreement to permit the same extension mechanics, funded by per-extension deposits into the trust account.
The trust agreement amendment also removes the company’s ability to withdraw up to USD 100,000 of trust interest for liquidation expenses.
An adjournment proposal will be considered if more time is needed to secure votes or implement the extension-related amendments.
