RF Acquisition Corp. II announces shareholder meeting

RF Acquisition Corp. II will hold a virtual extraordinary general meeting on Aug. 12, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on extending the business-combination deadline from Aug. 15, 2026 to Feb. 15, 2027, via up to six one-month extensions.

A separate vote will seek to amend the trust agreement to permit the extensions, requiring $75,000 per month to be deposited into the trust account.

The trust amendment also removes the company’s ability to withdraw up to $100,000 of trust interest for liquidation and dissolution expenses.

An adjournment proposal will be considered to allow more time to solicit votes if needed.
