Aug. 10 (Reuters) - U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is expected on Monday to announce a plan to change a decades-old loophole that has allowed food companies to use certain chemicals in their products without notifying the federal food regulators, the Washington Post reported.
